BUSINESS, FINANCE & TAX
Our attorneys serve as counsel to privately and publicly held companies. We counsel in all aspects of business law including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and licensing of software, technology and trademarks. We represent real estate and asset based lenders as well as factoring companies. Our attorneys structure shareholder agreements, stock options and other deferred compensation arrangements.
EMPLOYMENT LAW
Our Firm represents employers and employees in all areas of employment law litigation, including claims for sexual harassment, wrongful termination and overtime. We also prepare employment and consulting agreements and advise employers with regard to compliance with state and Federal laws including, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and Family Leave Medical Act.
